By accessing www.ulakto.com or testing our interactive AI voice/chat demonstration terminals, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms are governed by Ulakto LTD, a company registered in England and Wales.
When interacting with Ulakto LTD interactive endpoints, you agree strictly NOT to execute prompt-injection attacks, send malicious software payloads, extract system prompt instructions, or misuse endpoints to generate denial-of-service (DoS) traffic.
02. NON-BINDING DEMONSTRATIONS
Interactive demonstrations, automated agent responses, and fee estimators on ulakto.com do not constitute binding commercial offers or engineering guarantees. Formal engagements require an executed Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Statement of Work (SOW).
03. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & GOVERNING LAW
All site contents, custom UI systems, 3D web assets, brand materials, and proprietary routing architecture belong exclusively to Ulakto LTD. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
