01. MILESTONE BILLING STRUCTURE
Custom AI system deployments, voice integration pipelines, and automation engineering projects are structured around defined milestone deliverables in individual Statements of Work (SOW).
02. DEPOSITS & API PASS-THROUGH COSTS
- [DISCOVERY DEPOSITS] Initial project setup fees and architecture design deposits are non-refundable once engineering hours are logged or cloud staging environments are provisioned.
- [API PASS-THROUGH COSTS] Incurred third-party usage fees (e.g., OpenAI token usage, Vapi call minutes, Twilio telephony charges) are pass-through expenses and strictly non-refundable.
03. CANCELLATIONS & DISPUTES
If a project is cancelled prior to completion, completed milestones are non-refundable. In-progress work will be billed for logged engineering hours up to the notice date, with unallocated prepayments refunded within fourteen (14) business days. For payment inquiries, contact hello@ulakto.com.
